Hank Cochran has an endless catalogue of hits over the course of an illustrious career. He’s had songs recorded and performed by the likes of Patsy Cline, Elvis Presley, and Ronnie Milsap. Some of his most notable hits include “I Fall to Pieces,” “Make the World Go Away,” “Set ‘Em Up Joe,” The Chair,” and “She’s Got You.”
Again, the album will be released on vinyl September 25, while a wide release will follow on October 16 via Mercury Nashville.
While some of us may have been hearing of Jamey Johnson’s tribute album for the first time recently, we’ve all been hearing about the upcoming sophomore album from Bucky Covington. It seems like forever since we’ve heard new music from the former American Idol alum, and now, his brand new record, ‘Good Guys,’ will hit stores September 11, a little over a month away!
The record features 12 tracks, including “I Wanna Be That Feeling,” as well as the duet with Shooter Jennings, “Drinking Side Of Country.” ‘Good Guys’ was produced by Mark Miller and Dale Oliver, and the new video for “Drinking Side Of Country” was certainly eyebrow raising and amusing for country fans, which, in addition to Covington and Jennings, also featured a cameo by Kellie Pickler.
So mark your calendars, country music fans! New Jamey Johnson tribute album on September 25 (and October 16) and new Bucky Covington on September 11 in stores nationwide!
